Trade Unleaded Gas

Unleaded Gas (gasoline) is the single largest refined product by volume sold in the United States, and accounts for around half the countries yearly oil consumption. Gasoline is a petroleum based liquid, of hydrocarbon and benzene or iso-octane composition. The market is highly competitive, often making it subject to strong competition and price instability.

Natural Gas is a gaseous fossil fuel which is made up primarily of methane, but also contains significant quantities of many other gases such as butane and propane. Sources of natural gas include swamps, marches and landfills. To be safely used as a power source, natural gas must be extensively processed to remove almost all other material contained within its raw form to leave just methane. By-products of this process include propane, butane, pentane and higher molecular weight hydrocarbons, elemental sulphur, and sometimes helium and nitrogen.

Heating Oil or red diesel as it is know in some cases is a low viscosity, petroleum based flammable liquid product used as a fuel for building furnaces and boilers. Heating oil is usually coloured by the addition of fuel dyes in order to distinguish it from road use diesel. The most common dye used is red, resulting in the name red diesel.

Trade Crude Oil

Crude Oil or petroleum as it is otherwise known is a naturally occurring liquid found in the Earth’s Crust, consisting of a mixture of hydrocarbons. Petroleum is found in porous rock formations in the upper strata of some areas of the Earth's crust. Known reserves of petroleum are typically estimated at around 1.2 trillion barrels. Current worldwide consumption is said to be around 84 million barrels per day, or 31 billion barrels per year.

Petroleum is used mostly for producing fuel oil and gasoline (petrol), both important primary energy sources. Around 84% of the hydrocarbons present in petroleum are converted into energy-rich fuels (petroleum-based fuels), including gasoline, diesel, jet, heating, and other fuel oils.
